Legal Automation Workshop

This Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Febooti Software regarding the use of Automation Workshop Free Edition (SOFTWARE). The legal industry is often seen as lagging behind technologically, and many legal tasks and processes promote automation. The Legal Automation Workshop (LAW) aims to collaborate with other SLPS and Bay Area pro bono service providers with legal automation needs. At LAW, students can make a significant contribution to the provision of pro bono legal services, gain hands-on experience with application software, and expand their knowledge of a growing trend in the legal industry. The hours, pace and volume of work are very flexible and vary depending on the role of the student. Together we organize a few workshops via Zoom where we introduce participants to the concept of contract automation and give people the opportunity to get acquainted with us by automating a contract with us during the workshop. The idea is that participants learn a whole new skill from the comfort of their own homes, which can be advanced and developed. The Automation Foundations workshop provides your team with a shared lexicon around automation, identifying potential automation opportunities, including a quickstart checklist, and information about the automation-to-intelligence roadmap.

This lab uses real-life automation examples as well as any automation projects your team is currently working on or has planned on. This interactive, moderated automation fundamentals workshop helps teams understand why some automation projects fail, how to identify and break down tasks in your current business process, how to identify those tasks and areas of automation, and how, why, and when to add intelligence to automation. Get the tools and expertise to be ready for automation. This is not a problem – automation on Avvoka does not require any programming, everything is done via an online visual tool. You can learn to automate after just a few hours! Therefore, these sessions are open to everyone and do not require any prior automation knowledge or experience – all you need is a computer and an internet connection. Document automation allows you to create documents up to 80% faster than traditional drawing methods. You can automate everything from a one-page vacation letter to a 300-page loan agreement! You can also upload Excel files with data to generate 100 documents in minutes. LAW students conduct research to identify high-impact organizations and areas where existing workflows can be streamlined through automation, resulting in improved overall efficiency for our clients.

Students will also determine the minimum viable product and participate in design, construction, testing and delivery. Time required: 10-40 hours per semester, depending on the type and number of projects members choose. This estimate includes initial training and monthly meetings. Any feedback to the author will be treated as non-confidential. The author can use any comment for free without restriction. The SOFTWARE is distributed as free software for non-commercial use. You can download and use this SOFTWARE for free. This means that the SOFTWARE may be used as many times as you wish, for as long as you wish, and that it may be copied, backed up, installed and reinstalled on an unlimited number of computers or distributed (only in the entirety of the SOFTWARE or its update) to anyone as often as they wish via any media.

ALL RISKS ARISING FROM THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAIN YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. The Software may collect anonymous (non-personally identifiable) information to help Febooti Software improve and prioritize the development of the Software`s features. The data collected is not used to identify or contact specific users. All data collected will remain strictly confidential and will never be passed on to third parties. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Febooti Software grants you, as an individual, a license to use the SOFTWARE indefinitely, provided that: (i) the SOFTWARE is used privately by an individual; use of the SOFTWARE in or for any public or private company or governmental entity is prohibited; (ii) the SOFTWARE is used for non-commercial purposes only; non-commercial use means that neither direct nor indirect profit is derived from the use of the SOFTWARE.
