We put you and your goals at the center of our world. 1.1 Ali Legal Ltd (company number 12900784) – a legal services provider regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as an authorised company law firm (or better known as Alternative Business Structure/ABS) under SRA ID – 810291 (Ali Legal, we and us) is a company registered in England and Wales and our registered office (and our main business address) is located at Third Floor North, 65/66 Queen Street, London EC4R 1EB. We operate the www.alilegal.co.uk website (website).
9.1 Nothing in the Agreement limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and (c) violation of the terms and conditions implied in section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services (Title and Silent Possession) Act 1982. [Cabinet] may engage in tax-exempt regulated activities under Part XX of the Financial Services and Markets Act, 2000, provided that such activities arise out of or complement the Firm`s reserved legal activities or other legal activities. 14.5 The provisions of this clause shall not apply to the service of proceedings or other documents in connection with legal proceedings. The manner in which you may formally notify us of a matter under the Agreement is set out in clause 14.2. If a problem arises or you are not satisfied with the Services, please contact our Akbar Ali Complaints Officer by sending them an email to [email protected]. 15.4 If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations under the Agreement, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay this, this does not mean that we have waived our rights against you or that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we waive any rights, we will only do so in writing, which does not mean that we will automatically waive all rights related to any subsequent breach by you. 1.3 Ali Legal Ltd maintains professional liability insurance. The policy is capped at £3,000,000 (only three million pounds sterling). 14.3 A notice or other communication shall be deemed to have been received:(a) if it is delivered in person, at the signing of a delivery note or at the time the notice is left at the correct address;(b) if it is sent by first class prepaid mail or other delivery service on the next business day, at 9:00 am on the second business day following shipment; or (c) if sent by email, at 9:00 a.m.
on the business day following transmission. 14.4 To prove the delivery of a communication, it is sufficient to prove that this letter was correctly addressed, stamped and placed by post, and in the case of an e-mail, that this e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the recipient. 6.2 If you wish to change the scope of the Services after we have accepted your order and we accept such a change, we will change the fee accordingly. 10.1 We undertake not to disclose at any time confidential information about each other`s business, business, customers, customers or suppliers, except as permitted by clause 10.2. 15.3 Any changes to the Agreement will only be effective if made in writing and signed by you and us (or our respective authorised representatives).
