• Ability to work within a diverse team of administrative staff, lawyers and other internal and external partners. They report directly to the Deputy Managing Director of Labour Law and support several directors and corporate legal advisors within the legal department. This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to establish an appropriate interface with all levels of management, employees and external parties. This person must demonstrate a greater sense of confidentiality while performing various sensitive administrative tasks. The selected person must perform several tasks at once and balance daily activities while managing small projects until they are completed. Responsibilities include: managing all calls received at the office and greeting visitors; Management of complex and dynamic calendars; Maintain office efficiency, including mail, consumables, electronic files, paper files, law firm invoices and e-invoicing; Organization of meetings and travel; Assist the consultant in the preparation, coordination and creation of meeting materials; Management and coordination of small projects; Gather information, synthesize data and assist in the preparation of reports; Provision of administrative support when required; and perform other administrative duties as required or as assigned. This position requires good judgment, discretion and uncompromising standards of quality, integrity and performance in a rapidly changing environment.
