West Toronto Community Legal Services (WTCLS) is a not-for-profit legal clinic and housing assistance service for low-income individuals in Toronto`s West End. You must call between 21:30 and 16:00. We cannot answer the phone or take messages at any other time. You must bring two pieces of photo identification with photo and signature, one with your current address. If you do not have photo ID with your current address, please also bring a copy of a utility bill (phone/gas/hydro) OR something from the government (from TCHC/OW/ODSP/EI or your tax assessment) with your current address.
