The logbook of the cold store or processing facility must be kept at the facility and may be inspected by an authorized employee of the department during business hours or at any other reasonable time. b)? The owner, operator or lessee of a cold store or processing plant must keep a record of the following: (e)? Each cold store or processing book shall be kept in the Appendix until the first anniversary of the date of the last entry in the register. f)? This section does not apply to a private, non-commercial, family-owned cold storage or processing facility unless the facility is subject to a hunting lease and is made available to persons other than the landowner, non-paying family members of the landowner or non-paying guests of the landowner. g)? This section does not require the registration or keeping of a record of the carcass of a deer or antelope properly identified and kept in a private cold store or processing facility. c)? The owner, operator or tenant must record all the information required in this section in the book before storing or processing any wildlife or wild bird. (4)?? Private cold store or processing plant? means a cold storage or processing facility that is not accessible to the public. Corpse? has the meaning ascribed to it in section 42.001. (3) the number and species of wild birds or wildlife housed in the facility; and.
